Black Swan Yoga, with locations at 5118 W. Lovers Lane and 407 W. 10th St., Suite 100, operates as a community open to everyone on a donation basis. A suggested donation for classes is $15 to $20. Uptown Yoga

We Yogis – Lakewood serves women and men of all skill levels in a non-intimidating atmosphere. The studio provides yoga and massage classes featuring Yin yoga and Vinyasa yoga. The studio is at 6465 E. Mockingbird Lane within the Hillside Village shopping center.

Gaia Flow Yoga

Gaia Flow Yoga, located at 3000 Blackburn St., Suite 140B in Dallas and 15520 Spectrum Drive in nearby Addison, strives for a sacred space where people can focus on body, mind, and spirit and lead a fuller, more joyful life. The structure is connected to earth and nature. Classes are open to all levels, but the studio recommends beginners start with the starred classes (Gentle Wave, Desert, and Still Water).
