Reunion Tower

The 470-foot Reunion Tower features an indoor-outdoor observation deck that lets you see for miles in any direction. That means you can take amazing photos of the Dallas skyline and the Trinity River. You’ll also want to take photos of the tower itself, especially at night. As the sun goes down, Reunion Tower’s globe lights up with 259 custom LED fixtures. To commemorate holidays and other special occasions, the globe features illuminated animations, so you’ll want to visit throughout the year for unique photo ops.

Lakeside Park

Lakeside Park encompasses 14 acres along the banks of Turtle Creek. As you stroll along the walking paths, you’re sure to see birds and plants you’ll want to capture on camera. The bridge spanning the Turtle Creek Dam is another great spot, especially for panoramic photos. Lakeside Park is also known for its Teddy Bear statues, which in recent years have become popular on Instagram and other photo-sharing platforms.

Dallas City Hall

If you want to snap a photo that captures the essence of Dallas, head to City Hall, located downtown. There you’ll find an etched Seal of Dallas on the side of the building. It’s a great way to show your social media feed your pride in the city.

As you can see, Dallas is home to several excellent spots to take pictures. No matter which places you visit, you’re sure to capture some special moments.
